Dietary Aide - Dietary
Under the general supervision of the food service supervisor, the aide is responsible for the preparation of food for patients and personnel. Assist in tray services and following specific diets. Maintains diet list from
computer with updated diet information and maintains a meal census sheet. In addition is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality food production and portion control, using standard recipes; is also responsible for appropriate quantities of food needed to meet menu requirements.

This position is a 10 hour shift from 6:00am to 5:00pm with rotating weekends.
