Surgery/Outpatient

Memorial Hospital of Texas County (MHTC) Surgical and Outpatient departments provide quality care during the preoperative experience to the people of Guymon and surrounding areas.

MHTC has two surgical suites that are available daily to accommodate our clients schedule for general surgery, gynecological surgery and elective surgery. MHTC also provides a well-equipped GI lab for all your Endoscopic needs.

The Outpatient Department is open Monday through Friday, 6 am to 5 pm and is staffed with a skilled, registered nurse.

MHTC is staffed with two teams of highly trained and experienced personnel. The teams consist of CRNAs, registered nurses, surgical technicians, and a sterile processing coordinator. MHTC also has a 24 hour call team available for after hour and emergencies every day.

The Anesthesia department at MHTC is staffed by a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs). CRNAs provide quality anesthesia care 24-7. We provide services for scheduled and emergency procedures as well as labor and delivery. CRNAs evaluate each patient pre-operatively, care for them intra-operatively, and re-evaluate each patient post-operatively. As CRNAs the goal is to provide each patient with individualized anesthetic plan and to minimize post operative pain.

The Anesthesia department at MHTC is equipped to safely monitor and deliver anesthetics to each patient.
