COVID-19 Vaccination Current- Employees
In compliance with the emergency regulation issued by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) dated November 4, 2021, and company policy, Memorial Hospital of Texas County Authority employees are required to have received the first dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccination series by November 29th, 2021, or by December 20th if you received a one-dose COVID-19 vaccination, or have applied for a medical or religious exemption. All employees must be fully vaccinated, or have an approved medical or religious exemption, by January 4, 2022.
