	Administration Department: Administration Position: VP Nursing Services / CNO Description: Full time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with occasional early morning and evening meetings. This position reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for all nursing functions within the hospital and its related entities. Requirements: Minimum requirements include a Bachelor degree in Nursing or a related field, a current RN license in the state of Oklahoma and at least 3 years experience in a senior management position. Must possess excellent communication skills and be a team player.
	Clinic Department: High Plains Internal Medicine Clinic Position: LPN Description: Full time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm Requirements: Licensed in Oklahoma , possess bilingual English/Spanish communications skills preferred.
	Laundry Department: Laundry Position: Aide(2) Description: Full time, varied days per weeks from 6:45am-3:15pm. This is a physically demanding position involving the task of sorting, counting and washing soiled hospital type laundry. In addition, you will fold and distribute clean laundry throughout the hospital. Working within a team environment, you will maintain clean laundry / linen service for hospital patients. Requirements: N/A
	Obstetrics Department: Obstetrics Position: RN Description: Full time, Varied hours Requirements: Oklahoma licenses required.
	Surgery Department: Surgery Position: Surgical Tech Description: Full time, Varied hours and days, rotating on-call. Requirements: CST preferred, general, ortho, and OB cases. One year experience preferred.
	Radiology Department: Radiology Position: Ultrasound Technician Description: Full time, must take on-call rotation Requirements: ARDMS or ARRT or registry eligible. Registry to be obtained within 18 months. Extensive knowledge of basic and advanced ultrasound procedures, including general, OB and other special procedures. Use of RIS and PACS.
	Nurse Aides, Techs, Unit Clerk requirements: Include but are not limited to moderate lifting, pulling and pushing. Some weekends necessary. Nurse Aides, Techs, Unit Clerk preferences: Experience preferred or certification. RN requirements: Current Oklahoma License and CPR. Other requirements may apply depending on the position. RN preferences: 1 year of hospital experience in position applying for. LPN & PARA requirements: Current Oklahoma License, ACLS certified, and CPR. Other requirements may apply depending on the position. LPN & PARA preferences: 1 year of hospital experience in position applying for. All nursing positions are three 12 hour shifts per week. Day Shift: 7am - 7pm Night Shift: 7pm - 7am All tech positions may include some weekends. Hours and days vary depending on department schedules.
